For deliveries within Germany and Austria, the freight charges for an order value < 175 EUR 6,90 EUR Package excl. VAT (incl. packaging and insurance). From 175 EUR order value we deliver carriage free!
The goods are usually delivered via DHL standard shipping.
For express delivery we charge a surcharge of 6,00 EUR regardless of the order value.
Complaints management
Complaints: You don't have to return defective items to us. We make the process for you and your customers as simple as possible and deliver a free replacement.
Exchange: The ordered item is too big or too small? An exchange within the same product group is possible. Incidental freight costs shall in this case be borne by the merchant.
